There are several reasons why the credit card transaction may not have been successful.
- The charge was declined by your credit card issuer because of some error entering the card info. Check the credit card number, expiration date, and transaction information to make sure they were entered correctly.
- The full year's subscription amount is being billed and your credit card issuer may have declined the charge if it was higher than your normal purchases with this card. In this case you may have to call your credit card issuer to ask them to approve the charge.
